Job DescriptionPurpose:Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join our Kingston Upon Thames store. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.71 plus non-contractual, hourly sales commission. Our Sales Assistants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. In return, you'll have opportunities to grow and develop within your retail career. This is a part-time, permanent position, contracted for 16 hours per week. Ideal Candidate:Energetic, driven, and passionate about working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment. Positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work well within a team and stay calm under pressure. Key Activities:Approaching customers and providing helpful, knowledgeable information about products. Serving customers at the till and processing sales transactions. Recommending and promoting complementary products. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Replenishing stock to ensure shelves are always full. Processing stock deliveries promptly. Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor. Performing additional duties as required. Personal Characteristics:Positive, proactive attitude.
