We are currently looking for an exceptional Analyst to join our Birmingham Talent team within Human Capital Management (HCM) to focus on diversity and inclusion. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL As a member and leader of the Talent team, you will play a critical role in delivering aglobal diversity and inclusion initiatives working with a broad range of stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Collect, analyse and interpret data related to Talent, including employee demographics, hiring and promotion trends, employee engagement survey results etc Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations using Powerpoint to communicate key findings, insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership Deliver world class, innovative, Talent strategies and execute D&I initiatives in partnership with others and on time Strengthen our external brand as a firm to attract and retain the best talent Drive engagement, accountability and governance in program delivery and communications, working closely with employee inclusion networks Leverage data and metrics to inform our approach, priorities and to communicate impact SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s/Masters degree with approximately 2 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated client focus Excellent presentation skills with the ability to distil complex data and concepts into clear actionable insights Excellent project management skills and planning ahead to meet deadlines Demonstrated interest and experience in diversity and inclusion, talent management, and/or other related fields Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects with multiple stakeholders Ability to drive consensus and influence outcomes Exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgment and risk management through escalation ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS At Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
