Along with mentoring and supporting the staff team to ensure that the individuals are receiving high quality support that promotes independence meeting their goals and aspirations. Your role will be to assist the Service Manager in delivering outstanding levels of care to the people we support. You will have experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and AutismYou will be able to work independently, using your own initiative. You will be a team player , with excellent communication skills who can cope under pressure. You will have a person centred approach and be able to work to Bethphage's values, policies and procedures. Some elements of personal care will be required for this role.This role is full-time with 30 hours off rota and 7.5 hours direct support. Sleep-ins and weekend/bank holiday work may also be required occasionally.
