The catering team will need to deliver a high level of customer service and be able to work efficiently. The restaurant his a wide variety of food, drinks and confectionary available, the catering team are responsible for ensuring that all shelves and refrigerated cabinets are fully stocked ready for service. The catering team will also be required to maintain high levels of cleanliness and ensure that the front of house areas are clean and tidy.Working front of house, serving customers and using the tills for cash and card paymentsServing the customers and replenishing stockAlways work safely and follow all food related legal requirements, and manual handlingStock is kept secured and stock levels are monitored for both food and other consumablesFront of house and service area is kept clean and ensure that the service areas and catering equipment are clean and ready to use throughout the shift.Hours: 20 hours per weekRate of pay: 11.44 p/hWorking days: earliest start time 7:00am latest finish 20:30pmRotas are completed 4 weeks in advance and there will be a combination of midweek and weekends on a rota basis.QualificationsExperience in customer carecash handling and numerical skillsGood organisation skillsAble to manage and move deliveries (manual handling)Good communication skillsGood knowledge of food hygiene and food safetyAdditional InformationHoliday (inclusive of bank holidays pro rata)Bespoke training and opportunity to developMeals whilst on dutyOvertime availableUniform providedPensionTeam discounts on a selection of high street shops and related brands
