JOB TITLE:Multi-skilled Engineer PACKAGE: 48k - 50k,mobile phone, 23 days rising to 28 annual leave + BH, overtime, pension, sick pay CONTACT: Kerry Hayes - JOB INFORMATION -Multi-skilled Engineer Our client have secured a prestigious new site in Fulham and are seeking a professional, multi-skilled engineer to be based full time on this site. This is initially a 1 man site, we are looking for a Lead Engineer to build and nurture the relationship with the client and ensure all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner New apartment blocks are currently under construction so this role will evolve over time with new additions to the team to oversee as the site grows. The position is a site based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as electrical PPMs including lighting, emergency lighting testing/remedials and any other electrical maintenance and remedials on site. There may be a small element of HVAC maintenance alongside an a/c engineer for annual servicing COMPANY INFORMATION Multi-skilled Engineer Our client is a family business with healthy client retention and excellent service levels. Operating a team of both site based and mobile engineers The business hassecured multiple new contracts and is expanding the team Our client has excellent staff retention and is looking for someone honest and reliable to join their family CANDIDATE INFORMATION Multi-skilled Engineer The ideal candidate will have experience of working on electrical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with a good knowledge ofemergency lighting, fire alarms, electrical compliance and reactive maintenance. HVAC and building services knowledge would be advantageous Experience and knowledge of PPMs and site compliance Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long term opportunity, additional trainingwould be offered to the right person. Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously and on contracts of a similar nature. This site is high end residential so requires someone with a professional approach, smart & well presented with excellent time keeping.
