For more info, visit our website: blackcountryhealthcare.nhs.uk.Application Encouragement We encourage candidates who may not meet every qualification to apply, valuing diverse experiences and backgrounds.Job OverviewWork within the Trust’s Urgent Care services, delivering a 24/7 Mental Health Liaison Service at Walsall Manor Hospital.Support and assess individuals experiencing mental health crises, self-harm, or suicidal ideation.Provide follow-up support for inpatients with complex mental health needs and advise clinical colleagues on mental health issues.Contribute to service improvements and adhere to NICE guidelines and the Core 24 model.Main DutiesConduct evidence-based mental health and risk assessments for patients at Walsall Manor Hospital.Respond promptly to referrals from the ED, medical units, and wards.Develop comprehensive care plans for patients, coordinating with local mental health services.Working for Us We are committed to diversity, equal opportunities, and supporting our staff through inclusive policies and employee networks.
