This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a tranquil rural setting while delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.About the ServiceThis service provides specialist inpatient care for adults with learning disabilities, who may also have mental health conditions, challenging behaviours, or offending histories. The site includes low secure beds and a newly launched locked rehabilitation unit, both designed to promote recovery and patient autonomy within a safe and structured environment. The service is consistently praised by external stakeholders for its person-centred approach, clinical excellence, and the commitment of its multidisciplinary team.The RoleAs the Consultant Psychiatrist and Responsible Clinician, youll play a pivotal role in shaping patient care and guiding the clinical direction of the service.
