From defining quality requirements to ensuring suppliers meet industry standards, youll be a key player in making supplier quality a strength, not a struggle.What Youll Need to Succeed:Experience in supplier quality within electronics, or similar high-tech industries.Expertise in quality management frameworks, audits, and supplier development.Strong skills in problem-solving methodologies (think root cause analysis, PPAP, FMEA, SPC).The ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate across all levels, internally and externally.Travel & FlexibilityThis role involves regular travel to suppliers and contract manufacturers (expenses covered), so youll need to be comfortable with that level of mobility.Salary - 50,000 - 60,000, dependent on experience with generous benefitsInterested?If youre ready to step up, take ownership, and drive real supplier quality improvements, lets talk.
