This role is ideal for someone with classroom experience and a passion for making learning accessible and inclusive for all children. Key Responsibilities * Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional needs * Work alongside the class teacher to deliver tailored learning activities * Help pupils build confidence, manage their emotions, and access the curriculum * Contribute to a positive, safe and structured learning environment * Support the implementation of education and behaviour plans Required Experience * Previous classroom experience in a primary school setting * Experience working with pupils with special educational needs and disabilities * A calm, compassionate approach and strong teamwork skills * Awareness of safeguarding practices and SEND strategies About the School This village primary school is known for its strong community ethos and inclusive values.
