To qualify as a Trainee AssocRICS Surveyor, candidates must meet one of the following criteria: An RICS-accredited surveying related degree (graduate or postgraduate), including modules in valuation or building surveying with a pathology component, and at least one year of property-related work experience. An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, with two or more years of property-related work experience in estate agency or a surveying/valuation discipline. A minimum of 4 years' property-related work experience at negotiator level or higher in estate agency, or equivalent experience in asset management, LPA department, or property management involving caseload handling and decision-making in property matters.#J-18808-Ljbffr
