This role is ideal for experienced delivery-focused recruiters or 360 consultants looking to shift into a dedicated account management and candidate sourcing role within the technical staffing industry. Youll focus exclusively on providing outstanding recruitment support to a key aviation client while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Source and headhunt top-tier technical candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions Deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding Ensure data accuracy and compliance throughout all stages of the recruitment process Previous recruitment experience in a delivery or 360 consultant role, ideally within technical, engineering, or aviation sectors Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Customer-first mindset with a focus on service quality About STS Aviation Services:STS Aviation Services operates four state-of-the-art aircraft hangars, two interior modification facilities, and more than 40 line maintenance stations worldwide.
