Senior Site Manager Barnstaple, North Devon Permanent Sphere Solutions are working with a respected contractor to recruit a Senior Site Manager for a large refurbishment scheme in Barnstaple. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a background in delivering complex fit-out or refurbishment projects, looking to join a high-quality contractor on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the site team to deliver the refurbishment on time, safely, and to spec * Manage subcontractors, logistics, and day-to-day progress * Coordinate works including structural alterations and new roofing * Ensure all H&S and quality standards are upheld * Report to a contracts management with regular updates on programme and performance Requirements: * Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on £2m+ projects, ideally with refurbishment/fit-out focus * SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work – essential * Strong leadership, coordination, and client liaison skills * Available to start in June To apply or find out more, contact: Jo Lambert – Associate Director on (phone number removed) Sphere Solutions is a leading construction recruitment agency, specialising in staffing solutions for the built environment.
