They are known for their pragmatic, client-focused approach, partnering with a diverse range of businesses, from SMEs to large manufacturers, primarily in the Northwest. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to work closely with clients, ensuring their Health & Safety practices are top-notch.The Health and Safety Consultant will be responsible for:Providing expert advice on day-to-day Health & Safety issues across various industries.Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.Preparing and reviewing essential H&S documentation, such as policies, procedures, and FRA reports.Acting as a business partner to clients, offering pragmatic and commercially sound solutions rather than enforcing regulations.Potentially contributing to business development by attending sales meetings, writing proposals, and converting leads.The Health and Safety Consultant will have:A minimum of 5 years experience in a qualified H&S advisory or consultancy role, with exposure to diverse industries, including manufacturing.Degree or diploma level qualifications in Health & Safety, with IOSH Managing Safety training capability.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.A commercial mindset, capable of understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.Flexibility in managing your own calendar, with a willingness to travel across the Northwest (and occasionally beyond).#J-18808-Ljbffr
