Youll work with a wide range of national and international clients across high-value, often cross-border deals particularly involving the US, Nordic region, Germany, France, and Benelux.What youll be working on:M&A (both buy-side and sell-side)Private equity transactions (for sponsors and management)IPOs and equity capital markets workPublic takeovers and day-to-day corporate advisory matters (like group reorganisations and capital reductions)Youll regularly work alongside lawyers in other jurisdictions and be exposed to top-quality work that spans across industries and borders.Why consider this role?Youll work alongside senior lawyers and have the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility from the start.
