Dairy R&D Manager UK WideHave you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.- Hybrid 50000- 65000 Package Opportunity for a Dairy R&D Manager to take on a high profile, influential role within a progressive dairy business.As Dairy R&D specialist youll have a diverse role working on industry-leading innovation projects.Its a great time to join this already successful company as it embarks on exciting further growth plans.Youll use your dairy expertise to guide the business and shape the future innovation pipeline.Youll report into the Group Head of Development and work alongside a team of NPD Managers / NPD Technologists.This broad R&D Manager role encompasses the delivery of NPD, EPD, and Continuous Improvement projects.Youll be providing technical support and guidance to customers and the wider team and be scoping out the future R&D Innovation pipeline.Youll be building on an impressive product portfolio seen on all the supermarket shelves; developing for leading global brands and retailers own label ranges.Youll identify opportunities to develop the product portfolio into new areas/customers using your knowledge of global trends in ingredient development and processing improvements.This could be using existing manufacturing capabilities or developing business cases for investment in new production facilities.To succeed as R&D Manager here, youll need to bring a solid understanding of the principles of dairy formulation and processing.Youll have a Food Science background with experience in dairy product development.A curious mind set and ability to learn and explore new areas.The role offers hybrid working and involves travel between sites and customers.It would be ideal if you were based in the Midlands/Central England region, although not essential.Want to know more?
