This top tier US law firm are currently looking for a qualified lawyer/PSL with experience in fund formation, ideally closed-ended, private fund structures and related regulatory considerations to work 3-4 days a week.Applying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.They are open to this being on a flexi-hours basis.Their Private Funds Group advises fund managers on structuring and fundraising private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt/credit and emerging markets funds.They advise a wide range of fund managers on raising closed-ended funds and structuring their related executive arrangements and management structures.They also advise some institutional investors on their participation in closed ended private funds.Your Duties may include monitoring key legal and regulatory development pipeline and planning appropriate training/briefings for associates, knowhow updates at group meetings, preparing client briefings and other thought leadership pieces, monitoring key regulatory changes relevant to the private funds industry and writing short articles appropriate for client briefing, assisting with preparation of articles for industry publications and assisting with preparation for the annual funds conferences.For further information, please contact Alana Livingston on 07983 468609 or alternatively please email your CV to alana.livingston@ssq.com.
