Website Operations (overseeing the customer service team) Manage and Ecom Exec You This role needs someone who is hungry and looking to develop their career someone with a growth mindset who isnt looking to coast through daily BAU.What you need: At least 5 years experience in a trade heavy role with a track record in delivering growth.Beauty experience is ideal, but similar DTC backgrounds considered if its a high volume, fast paced environment.Shopify experience is a must.Being numbers driven is essential driving strategy with data etc.A background in CRO and a strong interest in this area.Experience with Klaviyo would be an advantage.Strong with Google Analytics- GA4 certified would be an advantage.
