Service Care Solutions is working alongside a community centred Local Authority , based in Nottingham , which needs a highly skilled and experienced Information Governance Solicitor to join their team.If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.As a key member of the legal team, you will be responsible for ensuring the council's compliance with data protection laws, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.Contract Length: 3 months ongoing Key Responsibilities Of The Information Governance Solicitor Role Handle your own data protection law caseload from start to completion.Draft, review and prepare data-sharing agreements and contractual provisions on data security.Handle risk assessment and assess legal risks associated with data processing activities.Advise on breach investigations and incident management.This will include regulatory engagement, including interactions with oversight bodies and compliance assessments.Benefits Included With The Information Governance Solicitor Position Hybrid working office attendance once per week.Weekly pay.Competitive pay rate the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance.We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth 250.
