Job Title: Interior Designer Residential Projects Location: Colchester, Essex CO5 (Hybrid) Type: Full-Time Salary: 40,000 to 45,000 Were looking for an experienced Interior Designer to lead the design and delivery of high-quality residential projects, including show homes and amenity spaces.Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.Youll take projects from concept through to completion, creating compelling client presentations and ensuring smooth, on-time delivery.Key Responsibilities Lead residential interior design projects from brief to completion Develop and present design concepts to clients, both virtually and in person Collaborate with the Head of Design and Creative Director on innovation and design direction Oversee procurement, budgeting, and supplier coordination Conduct site visits with the Project Manager to ensure quality and design integrity Mentor junior designers and help foster a collaborative, growth-focused team What Youll Bring BA in Interior Design or related field 35 years experience in residential interiors, with a strong portfolio Skilled in design software (e.g.AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite) Strong project management and communication skills Confident presenting to clients and engaging stakeholders Full, clean UK driving license and willingness to travel between London and Essex
