LB Design Recruitment is working with a multidisciplinary design practice that specialises in architecture, landscape design, masterplanning, client services, and interior design.Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.The practice has extensive experience delivering large-scale 10m projects across multiple sectors.They are currently seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their small, creative, and passionate team based in Southampton .Role Overview: Youll be involved in projects across all RIBA stages, developing both technical and functional design solutions.A key part of the role involves producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications, contributing to successful project delivery.Key Requirements: Fully qualified Architect (ARB-registered or equivalent) or Architectural Technologist.Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in the UK.Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in Revit .Experience delivering projects at RIBA Stages 4 and 5 .Proven experience working on large-scale UK projects (10m).Based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in the UK.Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.After a successful probation period, hybrid working is available, with only 50% of the working week required in the studio.This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, vibrant studio that offers strong mentorship, career progression, and a genuinely supportive environmentone that values both personal and professional well-being.If you are interested in this role, we would love to hear from you.
