The Role Jungheinrich are seeking an experienced Area Service Manager to lead a team of Service Engineers in achieving top-tier customer service and After Sales targets.You'll drive operational excellence by ensuring high productivity, financial performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction through robust management practices and team support.Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate Service Engineers to meet financial, operational, and customer service KPIs.Ensure seamless communication and coordination with service support functions to maintain optimal service infrastructure.Report on financial and operational targets and actively identify areas for service and process improvement.Conduct customer review meetings, addressing issues proactively to enhance satisfaction and resolve complaints.Uphold health, safety, and operational standards while supporting the professional development of team members.Contribute to After Sales growth by spotting business opportunities within existing client relationships.What You Need to Succeed Experience: Proven management experience in customer service with exposure to engineering and SAP operating systems.Skills: Strong people management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Competent in Microsoft Office.The ability to collaborate accross various departments.Qualifications: Solid foundation in English and Maths.Mobility: Full driving license and willingness to travel across the region.Why Join Us?
