You will support individuals to develop communication skills, with the aim of promoting independence and empowering them to lead a lifestyle of their choosing. Your input will play a vital role in preparing individuals for adulthood and enabling them to engage meaningfully in their communities.This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with young people, seeing first-hand the positive impact of your support on their learning, independence, and overall quality of life.The College is set in a beautiful rural location with extensive grounds to explore.
