Plus Overtime Temporary to Permanent (Based on merit, could be permanent after 4 weeks) Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 7.45 – 4.30, Friday 07.45 – 3.30. The Role Of The Maintenance OperativeRefurbish and fit out the complete range of modular buildings to the highest possible standards. You will work on the Modular building in Yard. The company offers a wide range of training and upskilling throughout the employment. You will, for the first few months, shadow another team member who will give training and support. Duties Of The Maintenance OperativeRip out and clean the Modular building once back from site. Painting and decorating to the internal and external of the building. Basic joinery, partition walls, doors, and windows. Plumbing duties, sink and toilet assembly, waste and drainage, copper and push fit fittings. Electrics of sockets, heaters, lighting, etc., supporting in the preparation and first fix, under the supervision of an electrician. General fit out and refurb both on and off site. Installation and dismantling of all buildings. Maintenance of tools. Report any damages to the team. Help and support movement of buildings on and off site. RequirementsMUST have Full UK driving License. Maintenance or handyman experience. Basic joinery and construction skills. Benefits From The Employer Once You Go PermanentOvertime.
