Salesforce CRM Manager | Hybrid London | 70,000 to 90,000 | No Sponsor VisaIf you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salesforce CRM Manager to oversee the performance and operation of our client's Salesforce CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CRM, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various team members.Responsibilities:Oversee the usage and performance of the Salesforce CRM platform within the organizationCustomize and configure Salesforce to meet the companys needs and objectivesTrain staff on how to use Salesforce and create user-friendly documentation and training materialsCreate and maintain reports and dashboards to track business metricsDevelop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer relationshipsWork closely with various teams to ensure Salesforce is effectively integrated with other systemsKeep up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvementsEnsure data integrity by performing regular data audits and clean-upManage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groupsTroubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issuesRequirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM managementStrong knowledge of Salesforce CRM features and functionalitiesExperience with Salesforce customization and configurationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are a plusIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for Salesforce CRM and a track record of driving successful CRM initiatives, we would love to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
