Freelance CAD Designer Events & Experiential (Conferences) Location: Remote Duration: 14 weeks (starting ASAP) Contract: Freelance Were on the lookout for an experienced Freelance CAD Designer to support our team on a series of high-profile conference and experiential event projects .Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.This is a short-term freelance role (14 weeks), ideal for someone with a strong background in event space planning , technical drawings , and a sharp eye for detailready to jump in and contribute immediately.Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate and detailed 2D CAD drawings for event layouts, including floor plans, elevations, and technical specs Interpret creative concepts into clear, build-ready drawings Work closely with project managers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure technical accuracy Translate design ideas into workable solutions within venue and brand constraints Must-Have Skills & Experience: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) Experience working on events , exhibitions , or experiential activationsespecially conferences Excellent understanding of materials, construction methods, and venue logistics Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines Great communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have: Experience with large-scale conference formats or global event environments Knowledge of venue compliance and health 'safety considerations
