Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of scalable learning programmes aligned to business goals.Collaborate with Heads of Department and the VP of People to identify training needs and shape the L&D strategy.Develop engaging learning content and manage relationships with external providers.Own the onboarding experience, ensuring new joiners are set up for success from day one.Launch learning paths and succession plans linked to the career framework to boost internal mobility.Foster a coaching culture through both formal programmes and informal initiatives.Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is current, accessible, and impactful.Define and track KPIs to evaluate programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.What will you need to be successful?
