Supply Chain Decarbonisation Manager Bolton, London, Weybridge or Stoke | Permanent | 37.5 hours/week ISS is hiring a Supply Chain Decarbonisation Manager to help drive our Net Zero agenda by leading carbon reduction across our supply chain.Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.This is a key role for someone who can turn carbon strategy into supplier action.Youll engage directly with suppliers, guiding them through setting science-based targets, improving emissions reporting, and aligning with frameworks such as CDP.Your ability to influence will be crucial- supporting suppliers in developing meaningful decarbonisation plans.Key Responsibilities Manage supplier compliance against ISS procurement standards and our wider net-zero and sustainability goals.Liaise with sustainability experts within our suppliers organisations to ensure that they have decarbonisation / transition plans that align and will enable ISS to meet our sustainability goals and targets.Lead Scope 3.1 carbon reduction strategies across the supply chain Embed net-zero requirements into procurement and supplier management Support suppliers in meeting ISS Procurement Standards and CDP scoring Evaluate tenders with a focus on sustainability and emissions goals Drive accurate and timely GHG reporting from suppliers Provide case studies and content for bid submissions and client engagement About You Demonstrable experience in a sustainability role Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science (or equivalent) Strong grasp of the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, frameworks, and reporting standards- relevant to supply chain and procurement Familiarity with CDP and other key emissions reporting frameworks Experienced in supplier engagement and influencing sustainability strategy Skilled communicator, able to turn complex carbon data into practical guidance Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels At ISS, we connect people and places to make the world work better.Were proud to offer a career with purpose, opportunity, and impactbacked by a culture that values equity and collaboration.ISS is a diverse and inclusive employer.We welcome applications from all backgrounds, ensuring our workplace is creative, productive, and inclusive for everyone.
