Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive Location: Kettering Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM 5:00 PM Were working with a respected and long-established law firm in Kettering that is looking to welcome an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to their close-knit team.Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with at least 3 years of experience in Private Client work who is committed to delivering exceptional service and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload across Probate, Estate Administration, Wills, Trusts, and Inheritance Planning , working within a firm that values empathy, integrity, and attention to detail.What Youll Be Doing: Managing a broad and independent caseload of Private Client matters with minimal supervision.Advising clients on Probate, Trusts, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and related tax and estate planning.Delivering clear, compassionate advice to clients, executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.Maintaining strong client relationships, especially with elderly or vulnerable individuals, through a personable and empathetic approach.Conducting client meetings both in-office and through home visits where necessary.Supporting the firms business development by nurturing client referrals and contributing to its local reputation.Working towards agreed billing targets while upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism.What Were Looking For: A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 years' experience in Private Client work.A genuine interest in client care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.Experience in STEP qualification (or working towards it) would be an advantage, though not essential.A clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for home visits).This is a role for someone who not only has technical expertise but also thrives on making a meaningful difference in clients lives.Youll be joining a friendly, supportive team where your contribution is valued and your career can flourish.Ready for your next move?
