My client, an NHS organisation based in London are currently recruiting for a HR/Organisational Change manager for an initial 3 month period, subject to a potential extension.If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.The role is offered on a part time basis and flexibility across 3-4 days per week for the duration of the project.Hybrid working is offered, with an expectation of attending site 1 day per week.IR35 is TBC, and the successful candidate will have NHS experience of organisational change and HR.Key Skills/Experience NHS experience in HR/organisational change and has led change projects previously Excellent communication and stakeholder/staff engagement skills at all levels Knowledge of NHS operating models, Agenda For Change and HR documentation/processes The ability to create and manage Project/Communication plans and associated activities The ability to work operationally through change processes and management projects Project Management qualification and experience of working with Digital teams is desirable for this position Experience of co-ordinating and leading stakeholder meetings
