Job DescriptionMy leading Financial Services client are looking for a talented and motivated Business Analyst to help take them through a large transformation programme, being the face of IT within the organisation.Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a growing business, in a supportive team.They are looking for someone with responsibilities to include:Manages project scope, ensuring robust change control processes are consistently applied.Oversees project budgets, promoting effective cost management and optimal use of resources.Engages with and influences board members and senior stakeholders to gain alignment, support, and active involvement in project initiatives.Maintains and monitors the project resource plan, ensuring the allocation of suitably skilled and experienced personnel in accordance with delivery schedules.Ensures that platform and service delivery align with specified requirements, and that transition to business-as-usual is completed per defined acceptance criteria and plans.Guarantees that all project reporting is accurate, insightful, and delivered on schedule.Proactively initiates corrective actions and management interventions when gaps or issues are identified within the project lifecycle.Essential Experience:Business Analysis and Project Management experienceExperience with governance and cyber securityDesirable experience:Dynamics365 CRM / D365Real Estate system knowledgeExperience working on migration projects from on-prem to cloudUnderstanding of ISO 27001 IT Security Risk ManagementSalary: Up to 70,000 + bonus + packageLocation: London (good work from home options available)If you are interested in this IT Business Analyst position and meet the above requirements please apply immediately.#J-18808-Ljbffr
