This role offers a salary of 50,000 - 60,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits (depending on experience). This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days in office and the rest from home. This is a fantastic, commercially driven role that involves managing a broad range of responsibilities while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.Responsibilities:Conduct credit analysis, assign ratings, and attend tenant/borrower meetingsSupport deal pricing and Investment Committee papers in coordination with clientsManage a credit portfolio and contribute to sector researchUse financial models for credit analysis, structuring, valuation, and scenario testingAssist Client Solutions with business development activitiesPrepare investment reports, factsheets, and investor responsesCoordinate input from legal, regulatory, and financial advisersHandle ad hoc tasks and projects as neededTo be suitable for this role you must have the following:Degree-qualified, ideally with a professional designation (e.g. CFA, CAIA, ACA, RICS)Real estate knowledge and valuation experience preferredProactive and able to work independently or in a teamStrong financial modelling and advanced Excel skillsCommercially minded, analytical, and curiousClear and confident communicator with strong writing skillsCollaborative team playerExperience in credit risk and financial statement analysis is advantageousIf you feel you meet the above criteria, please do apply.
