This is a hybrid role working at least 3 days from their London office per week, plus regular international travel and offers some great benefits, including growth and development opportunities.As Customer Success Manager/Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for our clients high value accounts, building strong long-term client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and delivering exceptional service.This is a fantastic, varied role, where you will be responsible for client relationship management, the growth and retention of existing clients, as well as project/campaign management, liaising closely with internal teams, tracking and managing deliverables, plus reporting and analysing results.What do I need?
