Salary : 60,000 70,000 Benefits : Car allowance, pension and extensive benefits options Location : West MidlandsScroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity- various site locations Sector : Housebuilding Our client is an national 5 housebuilder looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of existing timber frame and traditional build developments and a future significant pipeline.In addition to site managers our client is also looking for experienced assistant site managers at various locations The Role Due to new sites going live and an impressive pipeline of new sites, our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housebuilding Site Manager. You will be responsible for developments of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes with up to 240 plots. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will manage all site personnel, workloads, quality, health & safety and site security.The Person This role is ideal for an experienced Site Manager, ideally with significant awards and achievements. You will be a hands on Manager who can lead teams to achieve excellent outcomes against the odds.
