A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Subscribe to our monthly newsletter The Talent Times Junior Talent Agent (TV Personalities & Influencers) Salary: Up to 35k As a Junior Talent Agent, you will assist in managing client relationships, securing brand collaborations, and developing opportunities for social media influencers and TV personalities.RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Senior Talent Agents in managing a roster of TV personalities and influencers, helping to identify opportunities for clients across television, social media, and brand partnerships Help to facilitate partnerships between clients and brands, including influencer campaigns, sponsorship deals, and product endorsements Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring the best terms for clients, and supporting senior agents in negotiations Help maintain relationships with brands, PR firms, casting directors, producers, and marketing agencies to generate opportunities for clients Work closely with senior agents to support the overall career strategy of clients, providing input on public appearances, content ideas, and brand alignment Assist with coordinating public appearances, TV show bookings, brand events, and other opportunities for client exposure MAIN REQUIRMENTS: 1-2 years of experience in the entertainment industry within talent management Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and an understanding of digital trends and TV landscape Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling contracts, negotiations, and administrative tasks Our client is a full-service talent agency, with a team that brings over 100 years of combined experience in the media and entertainment industry.Their proven success is reflected in the strong, long-term relationships theyve built with their clients, many of whom have been with them for more than a decade.SUMO is an equal opportunities employer.We encourage applications regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, disability or gender.As an employment agency, SUMO are fully committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all (both internally and on behalf of our clients).Thank you for your interest in the above vacancy.Please note due to the high volume of CVs & applications we receive, we can't always get back to everyone, although we do try our best!
