Inclusive Consulting is excited to partner with a leading industrial manufacturing organisation renowned for its ambitious growth plans and commitment to operational excellence.Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.We are recruiting a highly skilled Program Manager for a pivotal 6-month fixed-term contract based in Sheffield .This critical role will lead the next phase of a state-of-the-art manufacturing and warehouse site development while overseeing major upgrades to an existing facility.Role Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-impact site fitout, transforming a newly built shell into a fully operational manufacturing and warehousing hub.Manage a multi-million-pound program budget and timeline, ensuring all safety, operational, and quality milestones are met.Serve as the key liaison across internal teams, contractors, local authorities, and third-party stakeholders- negotiating and influencing to ensure alignment and timely delivery.Drive top-level program planning, coordinate internal project owners, and mentor them through the creation and execution of individual project charters.Monitor project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure clear communication of critical milestones across all levels of the business.Oversee procurement processes and sub-contractor relationships to ensure delivery against project scope and timelines.Champion health, safety, and environmental (HSE) best practices across the development site, including compliance with CDM regulations.Person Specification Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex programs- on time and within budget.Experienced in working with multi-disciplinary teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party contractors across construction, utilities, and property functions.Strong project management capabilities, with expertise in managing scope, cost, quality, and risk.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.A self-starter who thrives under pressure, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.A practical, hands-on problem solver who can anticipate and address challenges before they escalate.Whats On Offer This 6-month fixed-term contract offers an annual salary of up to 100,000 (pro-rata), based on a 37.5-hour working week.Youll be based at the Sheffield site, with free on-site parking, 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata) and access to a modern, collaborative working environment.You'll gain the opportunity to lead a landmark infrastructure project within a forward-thinking, high-performance organisation.If youre a confident and capable Program Manager with a passion for delivering complex, high-value projects, wed love to hear from you.Apply now to be part of this exciting transformation journey.We are committed to providing a fair and inclusive recruitment process.If you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please inform your consultant.Please note, while we are unable to respond to all unsuccessful applications, we are happy to keep your details on our CRM system and consider you for future opportunities.If you wish to have your details removed at any time, please contact hello@incconsulting.co.uk with your request.
