Role: Non-Contentious Construction Associate (58 PQE) Practice Area: Non-Contentious Construction Fully remote Im working with a top-tier Legal 500 firm thats looking to appoint a Non-Contentious Construction Associate to its thriving Real Estate and Projects Group.The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.With 58 years PQE under your belt, you'll play a pivotal role advising on high-value, strategically significant projects across a range of sectors from energy and infrastructure to life sciences and commercial developments.Whether you're London-based or remote, this role offers exceptional flexibility, challenging work, and a genuine opportunity to grow.What Youll Be Doing Contract Expertise Drafting and negotiating a wide range of standard form and bespoke construction and engineering agreements (JCT, NEC3/4, FIDIC, EPC, EPCM, FEED, etc.).Project Advisory Advising on procurement strategies, risk mitigation, and overall project execution from planning to completion.Sector-Spanning Work Supporting real estate and infrastructure developments across commercial, residential, energy, and public sector projects.Client-Facing Delivery Collaborating with sponsors, developers, funders, and contractors to deliver tailored legal solutions.Practice Growth Supporting wider team objectives and contributing to business development initiatives.What Theyre Looking For UK-qualified solicitor with 58 years PQE in non-contentious construction law.Proven track record of advising on complex projects and drafting associated legal documentation.Deep understanding of procurement processes and project risk.Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.A self-starter who thrives both independently and within a collaborative team.What's on Offer?
