We are exclusively partnered with a global hedge fund to recruit a Compliance Associate for their London team.Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.The role will primarily support the EMEA business, with additional responsibilities providing secondary support to teams in the US and APAC regions.Responsibilities Manage BAU compliance tasks, including code-of-ethics, on boarding and trade surveillance Advise senior management and wider business stakeholders on upcoming regulatory developments and requirements.Draft, update and implement new compliance policies and procedures Provide compliance training to new joiners and front office staff.Requirements 3- 5 year of compliance experience, ideally from a hedge fund, investment bank or investment manager Strong FCA knowledge
