I am proud to be partnering with this Premiership Football Club who are seeking a HRBP to join their busy team for a 3 month FTC.Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.HR Business Partner Location: London 3 days a week onsite 2 days WFH Salary: 60k I am looking for a confident, pragmatic, and solutions-focused HR Business Partner to join my client's team, with a key focus on managing complex employee relations cases.This is a critical role that requires strong judgement, a deep understanding of employment law, and the ability to navigate sensitive and high-risk ER matters with professionalism and integrity.As a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, you will play a pivotal role in driving fair and consistent employee relations practices while supporting a positive workplace culture.You'll also contribute to wider HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting best practice in people management.Key Responsibilities: Lead on complex ER cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, long-term absence, and investigations.Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations matters, employment law, and HR policy.Ensure all ER matters are managed with professionalism, fairness, and in line with current legislation and internal policy.Identify ER trends and proactively support preventative measures, including manager training and policy reviews.Collaborate with Legal and external partners as needed on high-risk cases.Contribute to broader HR initiatives such as policy development, engagement, and culture change.Support organisational change programmes.About You: Proven experience as an HRBP with a strong track record of managing complex ER cases end-to-end.Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities.CIPD qualified or equivalent experience is desirable.
