Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Day Rate: 680 per day Umbrella Duration: 9 months initially Location: London (HybridIf you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.- onsite 2x per week) Sector: Insurance | Change & Transformation | Wholesale Broking Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the London Market and a passion for driving innovation? Join our Insurance client within their dynamic Change Team as they deliver a multi-year business and technology transformation programme within the wholesale broking function.This role is a key component of a wider transformation strategy, offering the opportunity to influence strategic outcomes and reshape how the London Market operates.What Youll Be Doing: Lead requirement gathering workshops with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and third-party suppliers.Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and process improvements.Use data and analysis to support strategic decision-making and prioritisation.Collaborate across business and technology teams to design and deliver innovative solutions.Contribute to operating model changes, process re-engineering and system enhancements.Identify and mitigate risks, support governance, and track key performance metrics.Provide mentorship and coordination support to other BAs within the change team.Requirements: Deep knowledge of the London Market , including both broker and carrier placement journeys (Essential) .Proven experience delivering change in insurance or wholesale broking environments.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels.Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and delivery frameworks.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, multi-stream programme.Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge legacy processes and think strategically.Date Posted: 13th May 2025 Shortlist and Closing Date: 16th May 2025
