McGinley Support Services is expanding our high-performing rail team in Birmingham , and were on the lookout for a driven and adaptable Labour Manager / Recruitment Consultant .Read all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application.This is an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume, fast-paced rail contract , working with some of the most reputable names in the infrastructure and rail sector.If you have a proven track record in blue-collar rail labour supply or a similar fast-moving, highly regulated industry, and you're ready to hit the ground running we want to hear from you.What Youll Be Doing: Labour Management Partner with projects to supply the right operativeson time, with the right skills, at the right place.Manage labour movements across multiple sites and regions.Regular site visits to clients and operatives across Central England.Support operational needsPPE/equipment delivery, timesheet collection, on-call duties.Monitor and report on worker performance and project KPIs.Sales & Account Management Develop new business and nurture long-standing client relationships.Promote the full range of McGinleys services Conduct regular site visits to build trust and engagement with operatives.Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.What Youll Need: Demonstrable experience in high-volume recruitmentideally rail or similar sector.Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communicationverbal, written, and interpersonal.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; RDB Pro experience preferred.Flexibility to travel extensively across Central England.PTS ACDC/DCCR card highly desirable.Why Join McGinley?
