A results-driven procurement professional with experience in contract law, risk management, and supplier relationship management.The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.Skilled in negotiating complex agreements, driving continuous improvement, and managing high-performing teams to deliver strategic outcomes.Known for strong financial acumen, process innovation, and a customer-centric approach to meet Sotas goals.Adept at managing high workloads and collaborating across teams to achieve operational excellence Provisioning & Procurement: To carry out a wide range of sales & technical administrative tasks, including but not limited to: Validate new customer orders.Prepare & issue contracts.Provisioning & Procurement of each order through to delivery.Liaison with internal technical teams & 3rd party suppliers to ensure prompt & proficient delivery.Day-to-day monitoring of orders to ensure that delivery is on track and to budget, informing customer & internal teams where necessary.Creation of leads.Produce minor quotes.Account management.Participate in Project management of complex orders.Internal stock ordering as required.Assist with Circuit ordering.Supervision of goods in & out function.Software licensing reporting.Ad hoc tasks as required.Administration: To cover a range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to: Answering of telephone calls.Hosting visitors.Provide cover for processing of incoming & outgoing mail.Ordering of stationary & ad hoc office consumables.To work effectively with team members to deliver first class administration to both internal & external customers.To continually seek out opportunities to gain new skills and identify areas for self-improvement.To ensure compliance with all policies, processes and procedures mandated by the company.
