meaning.We're now looking for an experienced Operations & Projects Manager to lead and streamline the day-to-day running of our business.Role Overview This is a core leadership role in a creative fashion house.You will be responsible for managing internal operations, production coordination, and business execution.You will oversee workflows across product development, ecommerce, team task management, and supplier relationships.This is an opportunity to bring your skills, structure, and systems thinking into a company that truly values initiative and impact.You will work closely with the founders and the wider team to ensure timelines, outputs, and communication channels are strong and well-managed.You will also support task ownership and provide real-time solutions that keep projects running smoothly.Ideal Candidate Profile 3 to 5 years experience in operations, production, or project coordination From fashion, retail, creative or product-based environments Someone whos been under-utilised or stuck in a role with no creative freedom Organised, self-led, solutions-oriented, and emotionally intelligent Passionate about structure, creative business, and meaningful work Based within 30 to 45 minutes travel from Southend-on-Sea Key Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations across retail and production Create, maintain, and optimise timelines and internal trackers Manage product development and supplier follow-ups (especially in India) Coordinate team priorities and project delivery checkpoints Prepare and send design packs and wholesale packs as advised by directors Assist in fulfilment, packaging, inventory, and content shoot logistics Ensure all daily activities are captured, tracked, and completed on time Communicate with external vendors,
