Head of Executive Rewards ContractIs this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.- Inside IR35 Yorkshire or London sites Contract until November We are seeking an accomplished Head of Executive Reward to lead the design, implementation and governance of reward strategies for senior leaders and the executive team.Amongst other things, this critical role will ensure alignment with shareholder expectations, regulatory compliance and the companys long-term strategic objectives.Youll have proven experience in executive reward within a listed company or a professional advisory firm.This should include: Deep knowledge of UK executive reward regulations, governance, and best practices.Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at Board and executive level.Track record of successfully managing relationships with Remuneration Committees and external advisers.Highly strategic and commercial mindset, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, HR) and professional qualifications are highly desirable (e.g., CIPD, CFA, ICAEW) are advantageous, but not essential.
