Technical Project ManagerIf you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.- Sports Facility Structures About Us Covair Structures is the UK's leading manufacturer and supplier of air domes, transforming outdoor sports facilities into year-round venues.Our structures can be found at David Lloyd Leisure, Premier League football clubs, and leading educational institutions nationwide.We're a growing, remote-first company with ambitious expansion plans.The Role We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to bridge our sales and operations functions, providing expert guidance throughout the customer journey.This pivotal role will work directly with our leadership team to deliver exceptional technical solutions for our clients.Key Responsibilities Develop technical specifications and costings for client proposals Create visualisations and options for client presentations Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors Oversee critical installation phases Liaise between our sales team and operational partners Document processes and contribute to training materials Requirements Background in construction-related discipline (architectural, quantity surveying, construction management) Experience in technical project coordination and client-facing roles Strong understanding of construction processes Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment Willingness to travel for site visits Genuine interest in sports facilities Desirable Skills Estimating and cost planning experience Site management experience Health and safety qualifications Experience with sports facility requirements Technical specification development Basic visualisation skills (Photoshop or similar) The Opportunity This position is available as either a permanent role or consulting arrangement (minimum 15 hours weekly) with potential to transition to permanent employment for the right candidate.You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing niche market while working with a dynamic leadership team.
