Our client is currently looking to recruit a HR Consultant on an initially 3 month contract.If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.HR Advisor / HR Business Partner Brighton Hybrid 27- 30 per hour inside IR35 The successful candidate will have previous experience as a HR Advisor / HR Consultant and ideally have worked within the public sector or an unionised environment.Within the role you complete investigations under formal HR procedures including disciplinaries and attendance management, will deliver advice to employees and managers to resolve people management issues, manage your own case load and projects and will be looking for opportunities to improve organisational performance amongst others, including- Key duties include To provide managers with consistent, pragmatic and effective advice on the management and resolution of people issues covering a wide range of HR areas, mitigating risk to the organisation whilst optimising resources to deliver highly effective and creative solutions.To work in partnership with the client group at a senior level to establish an excellent understanding of their service and the challenges they face to proactively identify opportunities for operational and strategic intervention capitalising on external best practice; To manage HR&OD casework and projects and provide a high quality, professional and solution-based service to clients.Assess or conduct analysis, presenting results and putting forward recommendations on managing more complex situations to support decision making.The ideal candidate will be CIPD Qualified, however this isn't essential.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation on a long term contract.
