MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG business on the search for a S&OP Analyst.Remember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.This is a hybrid FTC role based in the Midlands.Key Responsibilities Assist in developing the foundational tools, templates, and models that will power the S&OP process.Analyse historical sales, forecast data, inventory levels, and supply chain metrics to support demand and supply planning.Work closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to gather inputs and validate assumptions.Track actuals vs.forecast and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.What are we looking for? 5 years of experience in a business analysis or supply chain role.Advanced IT skills required, experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL desireable.Strong analytical thinker with attention to detail and the ability to work with large data sets.Effective communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset.Salary c 75k benefits.Please contact Rob Blackburn today for further information.
