Clinical Services Lead Nurse – Adult Complex Care Location: Wolverhampton Salary: Up to £49,000 per annum – negotiable depending on experience Hours: Full-Time, Office-Based Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday (with flexibility) Travel: Travel around the Wolverhampton area required for staff training Reference:4746 *Please not we do not hold licences to support overseas candidates* ** You will need significant experience in complex care including tracheostomy and ventilated care to be eligible for this role ** About the Role: Smartcall Specialist Healthcare is delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a Clinical Services Lead ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) for a high-quality specialist care provider in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to step into a leadership role in a service that supports adults with complex and long-term care needs. This is an office-based role with regular local travel for training and competency assessments. As a Clinical Services Lead (RGN / RMN / RNLD ), you will: * Provide senior clinical leadership and expert care to adults with complex conditions in the community * Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery * Lead on clinical tenders, service development and training initiatives * Assess staff competencies in areas such as tracheostomy care, gastrostomy, ventilation, diabetes, epilepsy, and more * Support carers and clients in complex or sensitive clinical situations * Drive service innovation and evidence-based best practice What We're Looking For: * A qualified Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) with post-registration experience in complex care * Fully trained in Tracheostomy, Ventilated care, Peg feeds and complex disability management * Strong background in training, mentoring, and competency assessment * Clinical confidence across a range of complex care interventions * Excellent communication and leadership skills * A passion for quality, innovation, and service improvement * Full UK driver’s licence and access to a car Requirements: * Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification and active NMC registration * Right to work in the UK (we do not hold s p o n s o r s h I p licences) * Clear DBS (on the update service or willing to apply) * Willingness to work in a fully office-based role with regular local travel Benefits: * Clear path for progression within a supportive company * Comprehensive induction and training programme * Ongoing professional development opportunities * Workplace pension * Employee assistance programme * Reimbursement of DBS and NMC registration fees How to Apply: If you’re a passionate Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) ready to take your next step into clinical leadership, we’d love to hear from you.
