We have an exciting opportunity for a Buying Manager to join our team at Asda House! As a Buying Manager, you will work collaboratively with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver sales, pricing, and growth ahead of the market while managing the category P&L. You will negotiate and implement business plans, understand customer needs, and develop strategies accordingly. Additionally, you will need to understand, track, and negotiate around key commodities and deliver cost-to-serve programs with suppliers to ensure great value for our customers. About youPrevious experience in a similar role Strong awareness of customer requirements, market trends, and competitor ranges Ability to identify strategic opportunities and innovative product ideas Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence a diverse, branded supplier base Everything you'll loveTo balance collaboration and flexibility, Asda offers a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices.
