As a member of the development team, you will carry out product performance testing to meet project requirements. What you will do:Carry out manual and automated product performance test development, execution, and reporting to include:Radio performance testingHarmonised standards testingAnalog audio testingPower consumption testingEnvironmental testingWhat we are looking for:You will preferably have a 1st or 2:1 class degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical subject. We are particularly interested in receiving your application if you have experience in any of the following areas:Python scriptingExperience of using oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, and audio analysersExperience of using version control SW (e.g. GitHub) and issue tracking SW (e.g. Jira)Working in product development teamAnd although not essential, the following would be desirable:Test automation development using measurement equipmentTest and troubleshooting of RF equipment and circuitsTest and troubleshooting of digital circuitsWork experience in Linux environmentSecurity Clearance:Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
