Pediatric Speech & Language Therapist Full-time, permanent roleSalary: Band 5 or Band 6 role available. Salary range 30K - 42KHours: Monday - Friday full-timeLocation: MaidenheadIf you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.About the role:Working in an innovative educational setting dedicated to 122 pupils with complex needs associated with Autism Spectrum Disorders for ages 4-16 years.Working in a multi-disciplinary team made up of Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Art Therapists aligning them closely with the schools objectives, ethos, and teaching practices.Your main responsibilities as a Speech and Language Therapist:Manage your own clinical caseloadBe a key player in pupil referrals and therapy service optimization.Champion continuous professional development, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.Advise families and members of the teaching team in relation to pupils speech, language and communication development to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.Provide both 1:1 and group therapy for individuals and groups of pupilsWhats in it for you as a Speech and Language Therapist:Excellent continued learning & developmentHealth & wellbeing programmeWhat we are looking for in a Speech and Language Therapist:HCPC registeredA deep commitment to inclusive education, ABA and a passion for working with pupils with SEN and Autism.
